I am a current resident here and let me tell you-this place is great! I mean it has it's problems like every other apartment community but it is an apartment not a house. For those of you who have time to sit and complain about what's wrong, there is someone to tell you what's right. It's a beautiful building with a few creaks and cracks but at least the staff is addressing the issues. I have worked in DC all my life and this is far better than the hustle and bustle dog eat dog world of downtown. What I don't understand is this "Home Association's " group one resident decided to start up. I mean does he and his wife have a life' She is supposedly a lawyer and him, well I don't know what he does exactly because I see him roaming the halls with a clipboard daily. If you have that much time to become a menace why not make time to find a job! The short end of it-I love this place and all of you uptight middle aged unemployed jerks should get a clue!

Wow.. Seems like you have a lot of time on your hands as well.. And if you work so much, then how do you know the guy walks around with a clip board all day?? Sounds like you work for Stellar.. Now put it together, tighten up yur britches, and open your eyes!! Also, a note to you, stop stereotyping..It is really not a good way to live your life..

I must disagree with that statement...I haven't seen them do one thing to "address" any issues. And David is a waste of space. He is rude and doesn't know how to follow up on anything.
