I came home the other day the key would not open the door to my apartment, I didn t know what had happened. I went to the office and it was about to close but, DAVID stopped what he was doing and took the time to come and try to use the master key to open the door it would not work. He then jumped over the rail to the patio and was able to open the patio door. He found that the knob was not working and called maintenance to come ASAP. The guy was there in less than an hour. I want to thank David for taking the time to stop to help me, for reacting so quickly and especially for being my HERO!! Also, I have to give kudos to Jessie as well she is kind and very professional.

If I’m expecting a package, I call it's there I pick it up. It's not Stellar management responsibility to call you when you are expecting a package (they did not order it for you). The times I’ve called for maintenance they've responded quickly and took care of the problems in my apartment. I can only speak about my experiences with the office staff.

Actually it IS their responsibilty to call and let me know if something has arrived, especially if it is perishable. I had multiple problems with maintenance and if I didnt call numerous times or keep coming over to inquire nothing was accomplished.

Not sure if it is, or isn't their responsibility.
BUT, they did lose my package once. They essentially told me to bugger-off and that they never received it. Until I showed them the tracking on Fedex. They had, in fact, signed for it!
