I love this place. The customer service from the office is amazing and they are always willing to help out. It's beautiful, inside and out. The apartments are new, clean, and have state of the art appliances and fixtures.
The only thing I don't like are some of my neighbors, not because they're noisy, I just don't like them (some of them are sloppy with their trash removal).
Anybody who is complaining about this place obviously has nothing better to do, or is just a negative person and is going to complain about any place they live.

Unfortunately, you are incorrect. People who complain about this place do so because for the $$ they pay the customer service needs to be 100% better, and the maintenace is non-existant and the building is poorly constructed. If the trash chutes worked and were cleaned out everyday by the apartment people there would not be trash accumulating...another problem with the building.
