This apartment community is horrible!!! We had mice in our apartment and it took them TEN days to respond. By that time, we had purchased traps and killed them ourselves. It's been 9 months and we're still waiting for our patio door to be fixed!! They leave offensive flyers all over the elevator. I understand Rockville is a convenient location but they raised our rent 10% last year and now they are raising it another 10% this year!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!! We're definitely moving out!!!
