Great place to live on the top floor

I've lived there for about 2 years now and the key is to rent on the top floor if at all possible if you don't like noise. The grounds are kept clean and the maintenance staff are great. If something needs repaired they respond very quickly. Nice area with plenty of parking.

While being on the top floor probably does spare you some noise from above, we lived on the top floor of the 6030 building and we could hear and feel the noise/vibrations of the tenants on the floor below us. They were real charming, too - lots of door slamming and socializing. Being on the 4th floor was bad enough - I can't imagine how godawful it would've been on one of the middle floors if you had to deal with upstairs and downstairs neighbors.
