This apartment is well maintained
I've been living in a top floor apartment for 3yrs after suffering from a noisy upstairs neighbor in the same complex. One thing you should know about this apartment if you're a sensitive person about noise is that you don't hear the noise from next doors but from upstairs AND downstairs. I happen to live above an old couple whose 12 relatives visit them every holiday/weekend with kids of all ages jumping around. When they do that, I can feel the shaking of the floor sitting on sofa or lying on bed.
Nothing the management can do.....and they don't.
