A bit expensive, but clean and well-maintained.
I see at least one management staff around the building every morning taking care of something when I go to work.
If you ask for something to be repaired in the morning, the job gets done usually before noon.
I am a single woman and a bit picky, my priority is to find a safe place especially when I come back home after dark, so far I have no complaints about living here. I lived in so many different cities (MA, NY, CA, and midwest) and different kinds of apartments. No fire alarm ringing in the middle of early AM hours. Open hallway, no smells from neighbors' cooking, pleasant air, no terrible noise problems, though electricity, even if I stay at the apartment <10 hrs per day, minimun is usually at least $70/mo and it can be more than $200 when very cold during the winter for 1-bed. Management, maybe the most professional of all I lived, but sometimes a bit of attitude, not too bad.
I lived at the top floor, so no major noise problem, can be different at lower floors, but you pay less, -$50/-floor.
If you are okay with this price range, I highly recommend living here.
