We've been here a year, and besides your normal 'apartment living' items, such as floor board noises, it's a good place to live.

We have new office staff, which is very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance is acceptable, we put in a request, it's typically done within 2-3 days.

Nice, small, quiet community.
