Better to buy a home. Prices are too high.

I just recently bought my first home.
During are stay at Oxford Square we have had our ups and downs.
1. A big turn over in Management staff
2. Maintenance issues
The apartments would be nice if they totally renovated the subfloors and kitchen. You do not get your money's worth. Too much maintenance issues to deal with.
The grounds are well kept. The staff are
wonderful. The manager we liked best was
Jeanne who recently resigned. I'm glad we
got out just in time. A safe place to live compared to other places.

Having lived here for two years, I totally agree with this person, apart from when it comes to noise. That should be rated as a 1 because these apartments have a very bad noise problem due to their terrible construction..you will hear every little step from the floor above, trust me. You will also here every little noise from outside your living area because of the old sliding doors that don't close properly...also, do not get an apartment with one of those tiny washing machines...can you even wash socks in that thing????? We were lucky to find one with a full size stackable W/D. 2 bedroom not worth $1400. I would pay $1100 MAXIMUM
