It's an okay place to live

I am writing because I think many of the reviews here are a bit over the edge. We have a two bedroom and we haven't had an electricity bill over $40 all year...and we use the AC and I never turn off my computer.
The staff was fairly responsive. Don't expect them to do anymore than you specifically tell them (they once fixed the door knob and not the broken chain on the door--but I only called about the door knob), but they usually answer the call within two days if it isn't an emergency. It can be difficult to get help in the middle of the night...but they do eventually come.
The office staff was always very helpful, and the gym is small...but that is normal for an apartment-what do you want for free' AND, there is a washer/Dryer in the apartment...you can't beat that. Overall, I would recommend the place.

Having lived here for two years, and visited a friend's apartment that lived here on many occasions, it is truly incomprehensible to me how anyone can rate this apartment complex as a 4 for construction and noise. Simply walking in the apartment makes shocking noises from the floor and if you live under that noise, it's unbearable. The construction is very questionable and the apartments, all of them, too, too noisey from above and from outside because of the old sliding doors that let in noise and bugs/spiders etc.
