We have had problems with the management also. Be prepared to be taken to court if you turn in your rent past the 8th of the month. The lease states that you will be charged a late fee after the 15th of the month, but they do not tell you that they will start legal proceedings against you if you turn in your rent on the 9th. Our air conditioning has been broken for about 2 or 3 months and they can't seem to figure out what the problem is. They left us with a can of Freon over the weekend (which could have easily blown up) and told us to take care of it until they could come back during the work week. My electric bill was close to $400 when it is normally around $180 in the summer. Our pilot lights on the stove are all out. I called a week ago to have maintenance come over and re-light, but they still have not fixed this dangerous problem. Please be careful about parking. They like to call the towing company on a regular basis and check for parking stickers and tow those cars that do not have the stickers. Visitor parking is limited expect at the entrance of the building which is not convenient to the buildings in the back and can be a scary walk at night. Very displeased with the management, over-all look of the property, and maintenance.
