The construction is wood and in our apartment, the floor actually tilts alll the way down the hall. The closet door doesn't work because it was not cut off when the carpet was installed, with others being marginal. The third floor doesn't have carpeting apparently because we hear every step made in their apartment all night long. Appliances are not maintained and there were too many things broken with them to even begin to list here. The management doesn't seem to know what they are doing. Had to go back three times to get the lease signed using the correct paperwork. Never did get the code to the dumpster correctly from them, but did get it from a neighbor. In general it is in a quiet location that is convenient, but the management staff is not very good and the apartment itself is not well maintained. As for value, we moved out when our short term three month lease was over. We were just thankful that we hadn't signed for a longer period.
