From, the first step in the door in April, I had management, parking and insulation problems with Oxford Square.

Manager there is extremely rude. She yells at people and is extremely bitchy.

The walls in the apartment are paper thin. You can hear everyone and everything around you. My apartment insulation was horrible. My room was always cold and so was my roommates even if we had the heater at 80 degrees. The washer would not work right... We had to dry our clothes 2 times each load. I had 2 towels and a bathing suit... took 1 hour and a half to dry.

Parking situation is ridiculous. They said that there are plenty of parking. There are issues with visitor parking. The guests only have 1 row near the trash can. They only allow 2 cars near the apt. and if you have a third car that needs to be parked in the visitor parking. Our 3rd roommate had to park in the guest parking and around the corner to the car. Half of the time after 7pm on weekdays and weekends, there is no parking in the guest parking area. I once parked in the guest area and was towed. I purchased a new vehicle over the weekend and had to park there as I had no sticker. The office is not open on Saturday after 5 and is closed on Sunday and Monday. My car was towed on Tuesday morning before the office got towed. I asked the office and they said I had the right to park there, but pushed me off to the towing company. The towing company pushed me to the office.

Please ask around the area if people are happy with the place before renting.
