The management and leasing office staff are lazy, rude, totally incompetent liars and do not give a damn about residents. Even after several complaints to head office, nothing has been rectified. Maintenance requests are rarely passed on to maintenance staff - I have lived here 1 year with a broken bathtub, and a/c that has broken 5 times. I went without water for 3 days and eventually had to hire a plumber myself to fix the problem. The cost was not reimbursed nor did they apologise. The appliances are cheap and the dishwasher in particular is useless. I moved in when the apartment was brand new and after a few weeks there were already cracks appearing in the walls - very shoddy. New management have taken over after the last lot were all fired, however the new ones are just as bad, if not worse.

Parking is hell. There are nowhere near enough car parks. My parking lot caters to residents of 3 buildings (some have 3 cars and), staff, visitors, real estate agents and people viewing the dwellings for sale. Noise is a serious problem. There is supposed to be a 24 hour number to call regarding noise complaints. I have left several messages and none have been returned.
