I have been pleased with the level of service provided since moving into this apartment community. There were small maintenance issues that had to be fixed after I moved in, but the office staff handled all of my requests in a professional and efficient manner.

A few things I find particularly nice in this apartment that I have not found elsewhere: super capacity washer and dryer, a larger kitchen, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The apartment also seems to be much brighter than other places I live.
There is plenty of parking near the entrance to the building, and the parking areas are well-lit. And, one last thing, after that huge snow storm in February, the maintenance crews stayed busy clearing the parking lots during and immediately after the storm - that was very helpful!

Wherever you rent, there are always going to be drawbacks...but overall, I have been very pleased with Jefferson at Falls Grove and would recommend it to others.
