Of course you are going to hear noise, it is an apartment!!! I have lived here for almost three years now and have never had any issues with the complex! You do hear your neighbors, but if you wanted a sound proof place to live you should buy a house!! Of course the trash gets full on the weekends that is when everyone is home, and FYI trash companies do not pick up on Saturdays and Sundays, so we are lucky that they pick up on Monday. I have enjoyed living here for 3 years and I think that the convenience of the shopping center across the street is the best. I would tell any of my friends looking for an apartment to live here.

Due to the fact that you are obviously writing on behalf of management, I will certainly not rent from your establishment if this is the way you respond to tenant concerns. Apartments do not have to be noisy if it is built well.

I aggree with jaxson_30. I live here currently and my last apartment complex with not this loud (The Elms at montjoy).
