My lease is just about up and I'm moving to get close to a new job. I'd probably be moving anyway because the amount of rent will no longer be at the concession rate I got when I moved in.

As for my experience here, I've definately noticed some peeves others have mentioned. The fiberglass tub squeaks horribly when you step. The AC/heat unit is the loudest I've ever heard (and right outside the bedroom wall). Mostly though, the walls are paper thin. The crying child and uncontrolled dog on either side of me are obviously not the management's fault, but the amount of noise can be unbearable if you're trying to sleep.

Also, I'm looking at one of the reviews below from 6/29/2004. The author is bethtapper@aol.com. Beth Tapper is the office manager for the property! I'm looking at the newsletter with her name on it as I'm typing! I've personally never had any problems with the management, but this strikes me as deceptive and unethical. Your opinion may vary...
