The staff is friendly (that is, not flaming jerks), but entirely incompetent. Some brainiac lost my rent check (or allowed it to be stolen) and now are trying to assess a late fee--and won't accept another personal check because they notified me of the mistake after the 5th of the month. In the past, the staff has lost delivered packages, but now a rent check'!'! Wow. Do NOT rent here. Maybe the excessive noise, bad construction, screeching brats are ok; but not worth losing your credit rating.

I know for a fact that credit scores are not affected by late payments. The office doesn't report those things to any credit bureau. As for losing the check, oh well things happen. Get over it. There is no reason to rant and rave and be rude. From my experience here, the leasing staff has been more than helpful since I moved in. Also, there is a sign by the drop box that everyone sees that says that they don't accept personal checks after the 5th. I really hope that one person's rude and inaccurate view of this property doesn't sway anyone from renting here. And to you "Anonymous" if you're so unhappy why don't you just move out.

You are so right, the staff, while "friendly" are rather incompetent at times. I guess good help is hard to find. Plus, the fact that the leasing paperwork basically states that if a resident yells or curses at the office staff, they will have to correspond in writing for future communications. I'm thinking, what they heck are you guys (staff) doing that such a statement is placed in the leasing paperwork?!!!

Do you really go into a business and starting yelling and screaming obscenities at people and expect them to sit there and take it? I would want you to contact me by email to if you could not control yourself. No one should have to take abuse like that. Only things I can say about the office staff are positives, always helpful. As for losing your rent check, did they charge you a late fee? Probably not, probably gave you a credit for the mistake and NO rent checks would not be reported to a credit agency. Something tells me you didn't think that one through or just are unaware of credit rules.
