Wonderful staff, but the gym is worthless unless you want to work out in 80 degree plus temperatures. It was 82 degrees in the gym today. It's been this way for months, so obviously not a priority.I've complained until I was blue in the face, since this was one of the main reasons I moved here.Unfortunately, the other gyms in the area are overpriced.
The walls are paper thin, so consider living on the top floor or buying ALOT of ear plugs.
I live alone in a one bedroom and still can't figure out why my electric bill is 100-200 dollars every month. I called the leasing office and Pepco for help, but nothing has helped.
Even though I walk to work, I would never consider renewing my lease at $1500/month for rent, trash, water and sewer....

I can understand your frustrastoin but this must be your first apartment because a lot of what you are complainig about is "just apartment living" The gym---thats horrible that it gets to that temp but more than likely its not the heating/cooling system but the ventalation itself. That is a B*&^$ to fix, cost a LOT of $$$$ and in the struggling economy the company probably put it on the back burner. Your walls---well just read over many different reviews of different apartments...almost ALL apartments are structured that way. Its the builder rather than the management. You will not find an apartment that you cant hear the water running from above, people walking or even just talking. Again, you live in an apartment. Not much separates you from your neighbors much like not much separates you in a bedroom in a townhouse from the bedroom right next to you. And lastly, your bills. Construction with an apartment isnt always good. That comes from poor ventalation, not-the-best-windows and doors, etc... So...I'm not saying this place is good or bad. Just stating that you are not alone. "Its just apartment living" Buy a home. :)

I agree about the noise, I live here also. IT IS BAD! It is at all hours. And considering heat and cooking is gas, whats with those high electric bills. I am scared to see mine, just moved in. I regret it already!

Since I moved in this has been fixed. Never had a problem in the gym and I am in there every night.
