You can hear lots of noise from anyone living above you!

It is really bad! I was told it is because of the bad construction. The ceilings are wood boards, which you can hear all walking and stomping. And believe me, it is really loud, to the point that the vibrations of the people above you shake your apartment. They really could care less about this, and probably because there is nothing to do about it. The carpet is crappy quality, and I will be lucky if it will last. The apartments are very nice and it is next to shopping. There are positives to living here, but honestly, if I knew about this noise before hand, there is NO WAY I would have moved in here!

Sorry to say but the "NOISE" is just apartment living. VERY FEW places have concrete in between walls. Its almost non-existent.
Buy a house, or shut up

I live in this complex, and yes, it is VERY bad. It sounds like thunder if you have anyone above you. I say the last person should buy you a house, what an idiot.

Noise from above is like any other apartment community that is newer. Only old places have more solid construction so get used to it wherever you go. Anytime I have heard of a noise problem the staff sends out notices and got aggressive about it. If you want privacy do buy a house, otherwise get used to it anywhere you go.
