I just recently was relocated to the area and have stayed at Post Properties in the past. The leasing offices have always taken care of me in the past so I wanted to stay with another. I was not wrong :) Since moving in a couple months ago, Lori and Kimberly have been fantastic. I got their largest apartment and love it. The ceilings in the apartment are enormous, the highest I have had in any apartment. I never hear my neighbors so the noise issues I have read about on here seem to be people not used to normal apartment living. I think this is a pretty quiet place to live.

The place is great for pets, they have walking trails around the community and my dog is very happy walking around and sniffing. My cat loves sitting on the balcony and looking at all the passerbys.

I never have to get into my car for food because there is a grocery store and restuarants across the street from my apartment. I also love that all the buildings requrie a fob to get in and a guest has to be buzzed in. Never had a maintenance problem that wasn't fixed right away either, though I have only been here a couple of months.

Great ammenties...pool, fitness center, theater (who has a theater as an amentiy'), business center...

I whole heartedly recommend this place!

Let me guess, you got the top floor? If anyone is above you, all you hear is stomping! The other things you said are true, very pet friendly and nice area.
