decent for the price

when i first came to this area looking for a place to live, this one offered the best price and location. it's a pretty good place overall in my opinion, but i will point out the following things that have given me issues:
first the quality of the bathrooms are pretty crappy. the half a bathroom has a very tasteless looking sink and the cabinets had it's share of problems. the kitchen has a pretty big lack of counter space, but one major redeeming quality is the fact that they are all newly renovated, with a nice new fridge. moved in with newly installed carpets
the only major issue i have is the lack of sound proofing. as an older apartment complex, there's a rather low amount of sound proofing available. as a result, you can hear alot of what goes on with your neighbors, esp when they're moving. consequently, i've been complained about for a music level that is already substancially lower than what i used to play in my last apartment. the walls are way too thin. what's worse is that you can hear a phone conversation from the other room. very thin walls...
finally the bedrooms are quite oddly shaped. the master bedroom is huge, compared to a dinky small 2nd bedroom. it's good for you if you get the master bedroom like me, bad for whoever gets the smaller one
