because I don't, and they have taken over my apartment. In fact one just crawled across my computer screen. How lovely!!!
They started in the bathroom about two months ago. I asked to have the bathroom checked and sealed in anyplaces they might be coming from and have the exterminiator come. The management did fullfill this request, however the ants have actually gotten worse. They are moving to the bedrooms and its really really terrible. Surprisingly they haven't made thier way to the kitchen yet. My apartment is spottless so that's not an issue. I've even put bait traps all around to no avail. The problem is there are ant hills throughout the lawn. Until they take care of that they can exterminate all they want but its not going to make a difference. It really is unbarable. I have half a mind to ask to be put into a hotel until this is resolved.

Besides the ants the only major issues I've had are with the tiles falling out of the shower walls. It happens reguarly actually. Also, in aggreement with the previous post, the walls are super super thin. It didn't bother me when I first moved in because I didn't have any neighbors living above me. Since then a family with two kids moved above us and I have to say its extremely bothersome. I don't say anything because I'm sure it's hard enough having two kids in a tiny apartment and frankly what could they do anyway' Its just an old building.

Otherwise for the price its not so bad. I would reccomend it for someone just trying to get a start in the area. I wouldn't reccomend it long term. Well unless your an entomologist.
