Hi,
If you want to see hell, go & live here... This is the worst apartment i've never seen in my life. The lease office people wont respond properly if you complaint about something. They got only one maintenance guy and he will come to your house after a week from the start date of your ticket. They got old heating/cooling system which would end up paying around 400 to 500 dollars for energy. I'm struck with lease and dont recomment anyone to come here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I have lived at Randolph Square for over a year now. My highest electric bill (the apartments only have electric and use a heat pump for heat in the winter) was $105 for the coldest month of the year - February. My hightest summer cooling bill was $73 for electricity in August. I suppose I could get the bill up to $400 or $500 if I cranked the system up and kept it running non-stop! Granted, the apartment does tend to be chilly in the winter. When it is below freezing outside, it is hard to get the temperature inside above 66 Farenheight. The windows are nice without any drafts and are less than 10 years old. So the problem is likely a lack of insulation in the walls, since the apartments were built back around 1970 when insulation may not have been required by code.
