Dont try this apartment. They got very old heating/cooling system which will end up pay you $200 to $400 for energy bill.. The maintenance doesn't respond in timely manner...Thats really irritating for you..You will see lots of roaches after 1 or 2 months once you rented. My final suggestion is not to go....You will be frustrated...

I currently live at Randolph Square Apartments. This anonymous review seems to be too harsh. I have submitted many minor maintenance requests - all but one were handled in 48 hours, which is required by the property. The only time they did not respond within 48 hours is when I left a message on the management office's voice mail about a problem. So my suggestion is to be sure you go to the office in person to tell them about any maintenance requests. I have never seen a cockroach or ant in my apartment during the time that I have been living here. Just keep your kitchen clean and you will not have these problems. Someone in my building reported seeing one cockroach to the office, so the kitchens in all six units were promptly sprayed to prevent any problems. That is what responsible management does. I agree that the heat pumps provide poor heat in the winter. However, my winter heating bills were only about $110 at the highest. Air conditioning in summer is cheaper and keeps the apartment nice and cold. This is a very nice looking apartment community that is nicely landscaped, a good value for the money, and it seems very safe to me.
