I am a tenant at Randolph Square and I have lived here for OVER 3 years. I was reading a few of the ratings and I would like to say that I have never had roaches in my apartment I also have a few friends that live here too in different buildings and they don't have bugs either. So renters DON't always Believe What you Read...

People have issues...Make your own decision.....SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST NEVER HAPPY

I have found that the area is Ideal, convenient to everything I need and I FEEL safe coming home at night. Can't put a price tag on that these days....

The office staff has always been friendly and helpful when called upon....The maintenance is great too I have almost always had everything fixed within 48 hours..

I lOVE this Community Because when I come home it feels like HOME...

I would Highly Recommend Randolph Square to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment and a great neighborhood.

I am also a renter here and agree with this review. The place is safe. It is clean. The neighbors are respectful. Kids in the neighborhood have not caused any problems. Maintenance responds within 48 hours. The apartments are spacious. The price is good compared to the other options in Rockville. The only downside is that the floors are creaky when we or the neighbors walk around, but that is not really a big deal and something I can easily live with.
