I have lived at Randolph Square for almost three years. The best thing about the community are the actual apartments. The lay-out of the apartment is ideal - with great windows, a separate dining room and a spacious kitchen. The community is quiet. And as long as your neighbors are considerate, the only noise problem is that you can hear your neighbors upstairs walking around. This didn't bother me, but if you don't want this, you might look for a top floor vacancy. The maintenance staff has always been responsive and I have never had a problem with the management. I have never seen a roach or an ant, however, since I am on the ground floor, certain seasons have brought earwigs (which the exterminator took care of) and crickets (which my cats took care of). The prices here are very reasonable and I truly believe that you get the most for your money here. I am moving soon mainly to be closer to the metro (although, White Flint is only a 20 minute walk from here), but the decision was a hard one and I would certainly consider living here again in the future.
