Walls, floor and ceilings are paper thin. You will hear everything and get harassed from your neighbors downstairs for walking across your own apartment at 8:30 pm while your neighbors upstairs let their kids stomp up and down until midnight.
Cars have been broken into, luckily not ours.
Left the apartment on prime and pristine condition. Had to move due to jab transfer. Had lease on month to month basis (not worth it) where it clearly stipulates that only 30 day notice is required if the move is due to a job transfer, which we gave. We still had to pay a balance due for the second month. Why go month to month if you still have to give a 60 day notice and why say 30 when due to a job transfer and then not honor it' We lost our security deposit and had to pay additional fee. I still don t understand the logic behind it.
In the end it was a big disappointment.
