Management is horribly rude, dishonest, and lazy. They trash tenants behind their backs. Once the shrewish manager spoke ill of my wife, not knowing that I was in the office.

The pool is a case in point as far as managerial laziness. Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 10 to 6 (I think) except for Mondays, and it closes as soon as rain looks imminent, sometimes not opening until the next day. It's overrun with kids, which personally I think is great, but when I asked management if an occasional adults' day (or even HOUR) might be possible, I received the stone glare and was told "We'll think about it." End of that idea.

They lose packages and lie about it. If you need a package, that's you being pushy. There's a closet where your packages are dumped until they find them again.

Maintenance is friendly, courteous, fairly timely, but not effective.

The grounds are good enough, the apartments livable, but these scumbags don't deserve your money. Look around.
