Looks nice on the outside and even nice on the inside of SOME apartments, but too many roaches and bugs, management sucks especially the property manager she will act like she likes you but she doesnt she will lie to you. There are new people working in the office every other month because they dont like Tricia.
Every tine there is a heavy rain storm the electricity goes out, the worst was when it went out on thanksgiving for the whole day, we lost power five times in the last 8 months.

How can you say that about Tricia? You must have been evicted for not paying rent and speak out of anger. She's a great manager. It is true that there was some turnover at some point but the office staff has been the same for about a year now. It seems to me that they were tying to put a great team together, which they seem to have accomplished. I have met them all and they are extremely nice.I more than recommend this place.

I live at Village Square West and I agree Tricia is a -----. When the annual inspection came she told us that she needed to do another inspection of our apartment because there were clothes on the floor as if that was any of her damn business! You just haven't lived here long enough. OH and what about the memo stating that christmas is over and to remove all christmas decorations from outside and any visible from the outside. If I want Christmas lights on inside my apartment and someone sees it from the outside too bad. When she sent that memo my Christmas which is Russian orthodox christmas hadn't even come yet!!!

I can't speak for CURRENT management...I lived at Village Square West WAAAAY back...in 1987. At THAT time, management was ok...EXCEPT for one November day...when a fire broke out in the laundry room directly below my apartment. I came out of the shower to find the entire apartment filled with smoke. When the building was evacuated, the ONLY thing the day manager was concerned with was if HER MAINTANENCE STAFF was out of the building...Not about ANY of her tennants, OR the fact that any of us were standing there with no coats (and me w/ wet hair, no shoes and dripping like a drowned water rat in the Nov chill while the fire dept put the fire out. Hmmm....Wonder if this Tricia has been there all these many years? ...Daniel
