I am increasingly unhappy with the management. There has been a flurry of memos from the office. How to fill out a rent check, new policies on parcels, rules for patios. We just did an annual inspection two months ago, and a new one has just been scheduled. Annual means yearly.

It's a downer to come home and see yet another memo about yet another issue.

I wish that they would take care of the musty smell in the apartments and the excessive dust from their musty old vents; and do a better job of de-icing the parking lot instead of writing so many memos.

One of the property reviews sites the fact that rent is not required until the 10th, Kay Management is required to give that grace period. It's the law in Montgomery County.
