STAY AWAY

It is a lovely place once you come in to look at your future place to live, it is even more exciting to see all the management stuff so enthusiastic to get you signed and you feel like, yes, this is my home for years to come... But it doesn't take too long for the ugly truth to come out. To be exact up to the first storm, or about ten days of a hot and muggy weather outside. In the first case you'll spend a few romantic evenings with candleligh, not so romantic icy showers, and even icier responses from the leasing office. In the event of the heat your AC is very much likely to fail and then you are doomed to a hellish temperature inside yor dwelling (oh, not above 98 F, no biggy), but even more fun is the stuff at the office requesting not to be bothered any longer with your silly and pathetic requests for a tecnician.
If you are especially adventurous try this. After having lived there for over a year and being responsible to pay rent on time and with good checks, come in ONE day late. Pay your late fee and the rent due and go home. In two weeks or so you'll find a pretty colored note of eviction. Trust me, it is going to be even more fun to prove that you are a decent person and do not deserve to be served with court papers.
Trish... Oh, this name makes everyone tremble. Her gentle voice, ewndless patience and professional approach will be in your dreams for months (IF you will ever be able to fall asleep after a lovely date).
So my advice, if you consider to move in, obtain a note from your doctor that you have nervous system strong enough to live here, and go on, plunge into a lovely VIllage Square West life.
