When I moved in here, I found water seeping from kitchen floor & I logged in a complaint in rental office. maintenance staff arrived 2 days later, till then I kept soaking up dirty water with tissues & had to tolerate the stink. The maintenance guy found the source of seepage in laundry room and fixed it. But the seepage only stopped for a few days. I had to keep calling them every now and then for the same problem. Since the heating is centrally controlled, heating is switched on, it seems, only when rental office manager starts feeling really cold. otherwise you just keep shivering and hoping the heat will be turned on soon. as many of the posts mentioned about manager Trish, everything they said is true, I vouch for all that. I doubt anyone can have a good expereince with her. She is totally unreliable and rude. Rest of the staff is floating so you can not rely on anyone. If you want to pay high rents for just an attractive looking community "from outside" but nothing else, then this may be the place. otherwise don't move in here at all.

You idiot that is how a central plant works. You can't just flip a switch.
