In order for them to make more money they have accepted to rent to this organization call the National Center for Children and Families. It has been easy money for them, but it has created lots more noise for the tenants that are getting up every morning to go to work. They have accepted these kids without any supervision into these different apts and mainstreamed them with people that have to get up every morning to go to work.This place is like a college dormitory and those kids function at night without a care for the other tenants. They slam the door, they yell, they make a lot of noise and wake up other tenants in the middle of the night. I would not move here. It is too expensive and not worth the price since you are now living with delinquent children who put you at risk in terms of security. I am planning on moving soon because I cannot take the noise at night. The management has been contacted, but yet they have chosen to ignore most of the complaints.

Amen! Some of the kids are nice, but just unfortunate. Others are disturbed and anti-social. I'd say it's more like juvie than a college dorm. When I moved in here, I was assured that the neighbors were "mostly professional and work at the NIH and DHS." For the amount of money I'm paying, I should be living next to a middle aged office worker who doesn't have friends over constantly. There is no security in this place at night, and that when most of the problems arise. If problems are reported enough they do more pop "home checks" on them. Hey, how about kicking them out of the program geniuses? If you're having problems Keep calling and bug the heck out of the staff. When you move out, be clear why you're moving out.
