If you like being frustrated and want your blood to boil every time you pull into the parking lot, and enjoy living in slum conditions, than Vilage Square west is a place for you!!

Management is unhelpful and unresponsive after you move in. They do not put the AC on from October through June, so you'll have to have the window's and doors open in October, April, and May...and since the screens all have holes in them, you will enjoy your new flying bugs as roomates. Then when you complain about the bug situation (if management actually answers the phone) does nothing about it. Also, if you have a car and have the parking pass, you can expect it to be towed once every 3 to 4 months. And if anything in the apartment breaks, such as in my example the bathroom light switch, the kitchen light switch (to an educated person electral shorts seem to be a fire hazard, but to Trisha and the rest of the management here they are "not a big deal"). As I mentioned before, the screens are broken, we have several insect roomates including but not limited to roaches, beetles, ants, and possibly fleas, and management won't do anything.
