I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and my boyfriend has lived here for probably 3 years all together...I will be glad to move out - which is soon! Only because the apartments are outdated being that they were built in the 1950's and a few bad things. I do have to say that management has been helpful whenever we have needed something, and maintenance always comes when something needs to be fixed. You won't get towed if you have your parking sticker on your car but make sure your guests park in visitor parking because a lot of my friends have been towed for parking in resident parking...thats expensive and unnecessary because there is always visitor parking available. Two bad things...the bathroom always seems to have some kind of funk no matter how good i clean it and how much I scrubb and the vents bring smells from other apartments into yours. If someone is cooking, you can smell it through your vents and it is annoying!
Oh yeah and you have to use quarters to do laundry on the lower level. A hassel.
