From the upscale apartments to the fabulous on site amenities, Westchester is more than I was promised when I moved in! The fitness center and cinema lounge far exceed the expectations I had when they described them to me 6 months ago when they were still under construction and the office staff couldn't be any more friendly and professional. In addition, the office staff could not be any more friendly or professional whenever I've had the opportunity to interact with them! I couldn't be happier with my home here!
