Grosvenor House 50% Recommended May 09 2008: I lived in this building as it was making the transition from apartment to condominiums, and I have never experienced such scummy and unethical management. Compromising all of the residents for "renovations," repeated water shut-offs, Fireside Park Apartments 13% Recommended May 04 2008: Believe me it's horrible! Most of us kids call it "Fireside." It's not safe here. Not just involving crimes but the fires that occured here as well. What a great name...Fireside Park. Three years ago, I knew someone in my Jefferson at Congressional Village 40% Recommended May 02 2008: In addition, one evening when I came home from school since I park on the top floor(for $75.00)because we have 2 cars, and if you park on the covered garage they charged you $120 to park, I despised to pay Fenestra at Rockville Town Square 25% Recommended May 02 2008: I moved into the Fenestra in January because I wanted a "city" atmosphere that was close to the metro station. From the beginning, things did not go well. I have a top-floor apartment that has a jetted tub. It looks Avalon at Traville 54% Recommended May 01 2008: This place completely sucks!!! Everything is falling apart! Every last door knob then broke off... my toliet is broken for the 2nd time... Birds move on the balcony and poop EVERYWHERE!!! One time we were even trapped in the house |
