I've been here for 3.5 years. In the begining, it was alright. Honestly, the only reason we moved here was because they let us have our dog, whereas most places won't allow larger animals. And the dog is the only reason we've stayed for so long.

We had a leak in our bathroom plumbing that flooded the closet in the master bedroom. I had to call them more than once to come and fix it. And once they finally got someone in there to fix it, they did a bad job and it had to be repaired AGAIN! And, on top of it all, they removed a section of moldy carpet because of the leak and never replaced it! About a 2 square foot area in the master bedroom is just carpet padding.

Plus, we have mold in our bathroom that isn't taken care of with normal cleaning supplies.

Before I moved in, I never had a sinus infection. Since we've been there, I get one about every 4 months.

And let's not get started about the 1000-legger bugs. THEY'RE EVERYWHERE!

Oh, and whomever mentioned the things about the patio furniture, they're exactly right. They hit the nail on the head. And I'll even go one further: The night we moved in we hung sheets on our patio door because we hadn't unpacked our curtains yet and didn't want people looking in (we're on the ground floor). The next day we get a call that says we have to take them down because one of the sheets was pink and the only color allowed to show is white. WE HADN'T EVEN BEEN THERE 24 HOURS!!!

Don't move here if you have any other options.
