I enjoyed my stay in Kenwood and if I didn't buy a house I would still be there. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe in the community. Whenever I called in a maintance request 3 times in 2years it was handled within a 24 hour period. There were no roaches or mice just a spider every now and then. I had no problems with my neighbors most of them were older and they would look but were friendly and helpful.
