I did enjoy living there only for the fact that it was a very quiet and safe place to live. However, the management sucked. This complex has the money hungriest people running the place. Example, Iput my trash out one night at 9pm because we were leaving to go out of town. About a week later i get a bill from them in the mail stating that i owe them 30 dollars for early trash pickup. They had nothing better to do than to ride around at 9-9:30pm looking for peoples trash. They then went through the trash looking for something with a name on it, then put a ripped up envelope together and photocopied it just to prove that it was mine. and then sent the copy to me. When i moved out, my mom and cleaned the place from top to bottom. I was only there for 6 months. When i received my sec deposit back a was furious. Out of 1480.00 i only received 350 of that back. the place was immaculate when i left. the charged to remove cable wire, rehang a ugly curtain rod that i had took down to make the window treatment more easy on the eyes. they said that because i was the last person to live there and the carpet reached the end of its "life expectancy" they charged me to replace the carpet and removal of the old one. they even charged to fix nail holes in the walls from hanging pictures. So bottom line is, if you want to live a dull life with no pics on the walls and no cable , nice window treatments, etc. this is great for you, but if you like to make an apartment feel like your home, i suggest that you go elsewhere. the management could care less about you and if you piss them off because you know you are right about a subject, beware the office manager has fangs and she will do anything in her power to get you kicked out. Only come to these apts as a last resort. also beware of their "PETS WELCOME" sign. they choose who can and can't have pets and it is not consistant on any part. they are so stupid that they think that a sec deposit and a pet deposit are the same thing.

You are right. The management is the worst, and they try to fix their appartments with deposits from the tenants. try to talk with the Better Business Bureay of Baltimore. They already have a complain in their files from me. They might learn the lesson.
