The management is very lousy, they are the money-face. Staff there are very aggressive (in a bad way), no manner at all when they talk to the tenant.

Kichen cabinets are very old and dirty looking. Appliances also very old, which from my experience was the stove top some work and some don't. They will ask you to fill out what you saw broken in the apartment but not to improve them, they just want to know so when you leave the place they can charge you for something.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, it would be in the case that you can't find anyplace else to move in then it would be the last thing you want to look for.

Well I live here with an apartment that has older appliances and cabinets but I also pay less rent. So you get what you pay for. The move-in inspection is for your own good, so you are not charged for things that were wrong with the apartment before you move in. I think that is pretty nice. The staff was awesome in fixing the things that were wrong on my list. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is super nice, always very helpful. Just follow the rules and procedures!
