(user photo) Mice droppings under the sink. (user photo) This is how they "fixed' a mouse hole under the sink. (user photo) More droppings where they "repaired" more holes, (yup with that white fluffy stuff) (user photo) I obviously keep my living space clean, (this is after a year living here). There is no reason I should have had these problems!

The grounds are well kept. Has a nice work out room and the refurbished apartments are good. The walls are a bit thin, and it seems like I have to call and follow up with getting anything fixed about a half a dozen times. The laundry facilities on site can be a safety issue, Teenagers sneak in there in the evenings and make out and cause riff raft through the broken window. Neighbors can be noisy and there were several times where there were domestic disputes in the parking area.
