I could not believe what I was reading about Brittingham Square. I have lived here for 14 years and I have seen this place go through some chages. I can actually say that in all of my years here I have found Brittingham Square to be a good place to live. Just like any other apartment complex, they all have issues from time to time. Whenever I had a request, the management always addressed them in a timely fashion.
In looking at the pictures from the October 5, 2007 review; that does not even look like our apartments on the inside. If the claim was valid, why are they hidding' As for the rent amount, I think I get what I pay for. I have a nice apartment and the staff has always been there for me and my family when we needed them.
I work in healthcare third shift and I have not had a time that I was afraid to go out to work at night. I feel safe at Brittingham Square.
The way I see it, whoever wrote the reviews that were not favorable either got evicted for not paying their rent or they have violated the terms of their lease and they are in trouble for that.
We all have rules that we have to live by everyday and some people just think that they can do what they want even if it effects their other residents peace. Brittingham Square/UDRT does not allow that to happen. If you pay good money, you get what you pay for.
If you look out at the webiste, you will notice that all of the reveiws are posting around the same time. One person could not have lived at all of the apartments here is Salisbury at the same time. You be the judge!

I've been happy in my apartment and have had no mushrooms or mold, but the photos do look like the inside of my apartment - same color carpet and walls, same trim, no baseboards. There is a mold addendum in my lease, and it might be because some apartments had this problem.
