Like a lot of apartment complexes, there's a mix of quiet, polite neighbors and loud, inconsiderate ones. This place is no exception. You never know which type is going to move in next to you. On the plus side, the grounds and maintenance are very well-kempt, there's plenty of parking, and the staff is very easy-going and friendly. The landscaping, playground, gym (albeit small), and pool are all kept in great shape, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop along Route 50 and Route 13.
