Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
We lived at College Ln for over 2.5 years. The rent went up almost $100 while we were there. They claimed it was for all sorts of stupid things, maintenance fees, water bills. The lawn outside wasn't watered for almost 1 year! It died as well as the other "plants". The maintenance guys were nice, but the management was TERRIBLE!!! The apartments overall were large for the price when compared to around town. The kitchens were nice and big, as well as the balconies.
