I recently moved into MM and I love my apartment! The construction is poor and cheap, but I think that's obvious when you see the model. My warning is in dealing with the leasing agents. I always felt on edge. The guy I dealt with would tell me he would waive certain fees, but in reality they were talking circles around me trying to confuse me into paying fees later at move-out. I really had to fight hard (with my notes) to get what they offered me. When dealing with them, know the difference between the different fees and make sure you read the lease carefully. I get the feeling they try to bleed money from a stone, so be armed and warned walking in!
