Positives: Very pretty apartments and grounds, main office staff appear friendly
Negatives: Questionable fees, monthly entrance into apartments, constant change of management, loud parties, solutions to problems = a letter explaining that they can't do anything/can't give you information
** I felt that this was the prettiest and sneakiest main office I have ever encountered compared to the many apartments that I have rented from in the past **
