This apartment building is branded as luxury but the only thing luxurious here is rent. Place sucks !!!! Too many wild and drunk students, inept maintenance, poor landscaping. Do not ever think of living here.

I agree, they state they do not let college students live there, but you can see that during the summer, the place clears out because of all the students living there.
