First off, luxury is something I don't think they understand and i'll tell you why.

1. Apartment walls are so paper thin, they will crack if you would lean against them.
2. If you touch the walls the paint comes off.
3. The fire alarm goes off when you boil water.
4. A/C motor will freeze up because they replace them with cheap filters when they feel like it.
5. Construction is horrible, whoever built the place does not know how to install ----.
6. When they painted the apartment paint is on the carpet. Glue for vinyl floor in bathroom is all over the bathtub.
7. Staff does not know anything, they lie and cheat you out of your money.
8. They say they don't rent to college students but they do, since that is all I see.
9. Did I say that there are college students smoking pot on their porch'
10. Car was broken into in "their" parking lot.
11. Continuing with walls, months after moving in walls started to crack.

I can go on for hours but I think you get the idea. If you are thinking about moving here make sure you have enough money for rent and can deal with living in a glass house.
